Make MC Java Available for all Bedrock players

I think that it is pretty unfair and annoying that people who don't own MCBE (through purchase) don't get to claim java but it should be available that every person with a Minecraft Bedrock account should have Java regardless of purchase ownership

  Everyone user who owned one edition of Minecraft received the other free of charge on June 6th but was announced in the launcher on June 7th.
