Add /warp to Minecraft worlds in Bedrock/Java

If you don’t know, /warp is a command that can take you to a certain place. It exists on servers, but it should exist in Minecraft worlds too.

How it would work:

/addwarp [coordinates] [name] - adds a warp

/warp [name] - teleports you to a location

/listwarps or /warps - lists all warps

/deletewarp [name] 

Add a setting to where if /warp should only be a operator command or to where everyone can use the command.
