Maybe it is worth spending time and energy on the development of archeology, for example?

Unless you're going to pay for the hosting of our servers you shouldn't have a say in what our rules should be.  This is why it's completely fine for you to have these rules and this system in place on your own servers (Bedrock + Realms).

Extending this sphere of control to privately hosted, privately funded, and privately moderated communities is a blatant overreach and honestly insulting to the Java community that has managed itself for over a decade, and has already created tools infinitely more useful than the ones you're attempting to add, such as MCBans and the various server moderation plugins that form the backbone of any public server.

This must be stopped or made optional. Or age-levelled like PEGI

Seriously. Leave the servers to their own moderation. Introducing such a feature allows only for the system's abuse.

As most people have already said, you could make it "opt-in" for Third-Party Servers.

Minecraft has survived, and thrived, for over a decade. It didn't have moderation before, and is still the number one best selling game of all time. EVER. Moderation was never an issue before. If a server owner doesn't want swearing, they can deal with that their own way. Plugins exist to prevent this.

We don't need this! Minecraft java isn't bedrock! If this is to happen on anarchy server's people will quit minecraft in general!

There is no reason for this to exits. If a server owner wants to moderate chat by strangers they can use a plugin and if they don't know how to use plugins they shouldn't run a public server. If it's just friends then you could just ask them not to say things you don't like. Even just a client sided word blacklist that can be changed would be fine. Just not this.

The new safety features will no doubt be misused by bad actors to inflict unwarranted bans to others accounts. This system has not been needed in Minecraft for literally over a decade. Adding a report player feature that can't be overridden is a seriously bad idea.

As a cybersecurity professional, I would argue against this "feature" since this violates the privacy of servers and clients by transmitting the data Microsoft judges necessary for "your safety". It does sound a lot like Windows recording your every move and keystroke. There is no doubt this will be done, and to some extent, is already done in private with each log-in checking the validity of the account in the online mode of servers (the most used mode by far, mainly for skins and SSO).

However, I still have hope in the current community to be able to overcome this by modding and fire walling the information from Microsoft. I would be nice to have a decentralized and open source development for a game that is, fundamentally, about creativity and freedom. So many talented people grew with this game, I'm sure some of them are able and willing to go against Microsoft if they went too far.

Realms were already a way to remove control from the community, as was the switch from Mojang accounts to Microsoft ones. Let's not be too naive here, we will not be defended against mass spying and arbitrary sanctions by staying silent.
