Cycle through menu options backwards with secondary mouse button (JAVA)

So if my secondary mouse button is right click, left clicking the graphics option would cycle from "Fast" to "Fancy" as it normally does, and right click cycles it in the opposite direction "Fancy" to "Fast" which currently secondary mouse button does nothing in the menus. This would work for any settings that have more than two options.
