/Sudden_Boost

/sudden_boost [player] [effect] [seconds] [amplifier] 

When the player or mob has this effect, when they get to half of there health they will get an effect like strength or speed.

    I would say /Boost [name(from name tag), mob name, or player name, or @something] [health to activate] [effect] [seconds] [amplifier] [particles true or false] The idea is great for extra challenge in certain maps.
