Barrels Should not be Villager Workstations

Barrels are one of the few options for storage, as well as easy decoration, but if you have villagers in the area, they too often track to the barrels instead of their desired location.  This could be avoided in the first place by having a dedicated (and less often used) workstation.  Something like a barrel of fish would be ideal and niche enough that even if you decorated with it, you most likely wouldn't spam it as much a barrels can be.  In the end you'd have an easily crafted new block, giving barrels their usage back, and avoiding unnecessary villager confusion.
