Delay condition for execute command

You can do execute delay which delays when this command will be run. If you put 

execute as @a delay 10 <days/seconds/ticks> run tellraw @s "command is delayed"

this will execute the command every 10 <days/seconds/ticks>, unlike the schedule command which does the command every tick after 10 <days/seconds/ticks>
