Villager Chief

Every village must need a leader to operate so villagers need a chief, what the players could do with chiefs are negotiate with them to order the villagers to go to a new village, go to a location, follow the player or make them hide for the cost of emeralds. When a chief dies all of the remaining villagers in the village will plant a poppy for the chiefs death and will display a sad effect, to get a new chief they will go to a meeting in the town square to choose who will be the new one.
