slimes melt in rain

when it rains, the larger slimes should melt down into the small ones, passing through medium size first. i would say the rain shouldnt fully eliminate them but at least bring them down to that small size. they would also take damage when submerged in water. this shouldnt affect slime blocks or sticky pistons.

    I think the small ones should swell and get larger, turning into Jellies. They would blob whenever they fell or jumped and would have a chance to spawn water when killed. The chance increasing with the size.
