It would be a strider with a captain hat. Can appear on land, or on in lava. Biomes it can spawn in, Nether wastes, Soul Sand valley, Crimson forest, Warped forest, and Basalt Delta. Hp is 15 hearts. When hit it commands striders to attack you or whatever attacked it. Other attack is spitting lava at ghasts.
