Creative inventory grouping inconsistencies across platforms

The creative inventory grouping / organization is different between java and bedrock editions. I think a uniform organization of creative tabs would be beneficial, especially to players who play both versions - the current setup makes it incredibly difficult to find the specific block[s] you are looking for when you are used to one location vs the other.

Either allow the player to choose which layout to use, change bedrock to match java, change java to match bedrock, or create a new look and update both versions to match.
