Allays created from duplication shouldn't also be able to duplicate

With Allay duplication coming up, I feel the current plans are a little too powerful. One way I see to combat this is that Allays created from duplication should not also be able to duplicate - maybe coming in an off-blue colour.

This means only Allays rescued from Pillager Outposts or Woodland Mansions can duplicate, giving more value to those Allay.
