Fireflies as Particles in Swampy Biomes

Have fireflies as particles in the swampy biomes to enhance those biomes instead of a mob.

    The idea that Fireflies being removed because they were poisonous seems like a terrible reason to me. Especially since you can feed a cookie to a parrot and poison it...

    This also solves the problem of them causing lag, since they could just be disabled in the settings menu
