Version Universal Options and Servers

For (most) of use who use mods, we change the games directory to the 'Versions' folder. Although this is great if we want different mods, it gets annoying having to add all the servers back, and change the options back to how we like them. For players who don't use mods, they can just change between versions and everything is still synced up for them. Instead of going into each version and adding servers and options, it should just be in the normal Minecraft folder, instead of each versions game, which allows us to keep our options and servers. That is one fix, another is just giving each version a mods folder.
