Allays should always be linked to a Noteblock until the latter is broken

The 30 second timer for an Allay to be attached to a noteblock should be removed, as changing the noteblock to act like a "Point of Interest" block for the Allay like the Villagers with their workstations would be better. This 30 second timer incentivize players to keep the Allays isolated from each other, locking them in minecarts or small spaces, so they can be used to sort items.

My vision for item sorting with Allays when announced was something with more free and open spaces, with lots of little guys flying with different items to different places, with no need to keep Allays stuck or separated from the ones holding different items. With this timer it simply isn't possible to do this kind of item sorting with allays.

So, making the noteblock a POI block for the Allay would be better. To make an Allay forget the noteblock it's linked to you would need to either destroy the block or move it with a piston.

    I second this idea. The current system is annoying and unimmersive. It basically forces players to lock allays in isolated spaces or tie them with leashes because they just fly away otherwise.
