Structure Block Upper limit

Currently, the structure block has a vertical save limit of 48 blocks. It would be a lot more useful if this were increased, because it makes generating things like very tall staircases much easier, without having to use up your number of levels on generating multiple alternative structures to build up what you COULD have generated using only one structure.
