Creeper inspired mob: changing landscape

In my world I leave the holes from creepers since it brings more history to my world. It is a type of weathering. I think there should be a similar mob that changes the landscape. For example one that plants a sapling depending on the biome. That will encourage nature and be quite call to watch happen over time in a world.

    I think this would be either and Ent or a Wood Nymph. either way, would be cool, though not likely to make it.
