pillager miniboss: chilled crossbowman

Although the evoker is a boss fight, it's not very boss-like, it has 3 attacks, and that's the only threat. How about this: a pillager with a wide variety: 4 attacks! And no, this will not spawn in raids so no farming. Only outposts and scouting parties. He wields a sword and slowing arrow crossbow. When he hits you with an arrow, he'll run at you with a sword: so beware. Aside those 2, he'll fling arrows into the sky and in 10 seconds, they will fall towards the player. He will also shoot an inaccurate flurry of shots. The flurry of arrows is 5 slowing arrows and sky arrows is 10. The arrows effect is slowness II for 20 seconds. With 35 health, 1 defence (lowers damage, but not below 1) and the speed of a common pillager, this will make Minecraft more fun! Upon death he drops the enchanted book of freezing. This sword/trident enchantment will slow the target down. Due to this, outpost loot tables are way better, now having better enchanted gear, food and rewards in outposts. If this gets officially in, Minecraft will finally have a true mini-boss enemy. Does have a boss-bar, too. the AI of this mob is pretty high, and ladder climbing is a yes. thank you for reading this and please upvote.
