Add an easy way to disable the narrator shortcut

Add an easy way to disable the narrator shortcut, it is driving me insane, why is there a shortcut that can't be removed, especially if you need that keybind for something. If there is a way to remove this dumbass shortcut then please inform me, if not, add one.

    Game has been ruined with narrator. Xbox user, please fix your stupid mistake, or give refund.
