Create Your Own Chicken Jockeys

While this is very much doable with commands, it would be nice to create chicken mounts for smaller enemies. Having zombies and baby piglin zombies ride chickens is a fun little concept, albeit an extremely rare one. As someone that likes to collect mobs in a zoo of sorts, it would be nice to be able to collect jockey enemies too.

My suggestion is this; allow chickens to be outfitted with saddles, but only allow small enemies that never grow up (Zombie, Zombie Villager, Zombified Piglin, maybe Slime, Magma Cube, and potentially Frogs?) to mount them. Granted, having a natural spawn would be significantly more "valuable", but preparing your own Chicken Jockeys to catch smaller mobs would be fun.
