Allay Natural Spawning

I think Allays should be able to spawn in the world, and here is how I think it should.

 

Since Allays and Vexes are related, and Vexes spawn because an Evoker summon them, I think that there might be a little probability that between the group of Vexes that the Evoker summons it can also spawn an Allay.

 

I think that is a pretty logical and fun way to spawn them naturally.
