New Profession: Enchanter

This new villager is found in cave villages.

Its worktable can be either an anvil or an enchantment table.

It will take emeralds and tools, and give you the same tool, but enchanted.

It could also sell enchanting books, but that could interfere with the librarian.

    All these items can be obtained from any other villager. Having them all from the same villager, however rare, would be OP.
