Mooshroom island boss (mooshroom monstrosity)

In Minecraft Dungeons there's the Mooshroom Monstrosity and Minecraft should take that boss and put it into the island, let me explain. I feel like the mooshroom biomes are bland and that you can easily just go there and make a base I feel like there needs to be a challenge. so you could add the boss that protects the island and you need to beat it to be able to reside there. And it should chase you around any part of the island you land on so you are forced to kill it. Maybe it could drop some good loot too.

    yes but its too easy i feel like you need to conquer it to have peace

    This will not work. Unless you created it such that the island is corrupted and you have to kill it to cleanse the corruption, this wouldn't fit with Minecraft.
