Bubble themed mob in Minecraft?

Maybe you could add a bubble themed mob in a mob vote, or for an update, that could have some features like the ability of water breathing when nearby/or touching the creature as well as possibly an ability to capture them in bottles. They could serve as another cute mob for Minecraft, and maybe have a really good purpose along with them. I think this would be the perfect mob to make traveling in water a bit easier, and overall, I think a cute little bubble feature could be a really awesome add-on to an already amazing game!

    and maybe if you are stuck underwater if you feed it kelp or seagrass it could fly up to the surface quickly as an escape from underwater
