Mob greifing affects villager breeding

On a server I'm on the game rule mob greifing is off. This helps us from keeping our builds but it also stops villagers from breeding. To make a big build resources can be hard to grind for without the aid of villagers and there are only some many naturally generating villagers in villages. As a suggestion maybe don't affect villager breeding with the mob greifing command

    mob griefing should only affect hostile mobs, that way not only villagers will work but also allays...
