The Frosted (Zombies)

The Frosted are frozen Zombies, much like how Strays are frozen Skeletons. They spawn in snowy biomes and ice caves (add ice caves). A Zombie can convert into a Frosted by being frozen in powder snow. On attack, Frosted give the slowness effect to the player. When defeated they drop the regular Zombie drops and ice shards, which are used to craft ice blocks. I think this will make snowy biomes more unique because the Stray is the only hostile mob exclusive to snowy biomes right now.

They should not replace dungeon spawners, but otherwise, yes! ...Don't make them drop "frozen flesh". That means, instead of rotting human flesh, you are eating preserved human flesh. ...Yeah...
