Community Transparency

I have been finding it difficult to get through to the team running this website or interactions on other platforms. When issues with development arise it is important to communicate with the community. Expectations for the last updates have been considerably larger than what was delivered in the final releases. If the community was talked to more frequently about the actual news on development this could be avoided. Real dialogue with the player base is reading negative feedback and engaging with it through conversations. The community can not be listened to and valued while simultaneously being misled and ignored when plans change or obstacles come up. I propose active interaction with posts on this website to show that these thoughts are actually read and at least internalized. Directly speaking with the community on live streams would also help in this regard. One way communication does not feel good to a community that is so loyal through the ups and downs.
