Send a code for owners of 2019 cape to have it in pc

The 2019 cape is so good i know a lot of players that have it in pocket edition would love to be able to have it in pc version, so send us a code by email so we can have them too!

Mabe not a code but definitely give the cape to java players who have it on bedrock
