spiky creepers

I believe that it would be cool to make a variant creeper in the taiga and giant taiga biomes that would act the exact same but when it explodes it would leave spikes on the ground that if stepped on would apply a spiked potion effect that would act like wither for 4 seconds dealing a half heart of damage per tick and could not be cured with milk. you could also pick up the spikes in stacks of 16 ad place them down as traps.
