Using nbt tags, you can summon mobs that are silent. Silent mobs don't make any audible noise whatsoever, so the Warden and Sculk Sensors should not be able to hear them. I was incredibly disappointed when I tried to test this out, and to see that the Warden still very easily located and killed a silenced mob even though it didn't make noise. :(
I assume this is just an oversight, and since the Warden is still in development I really hope it gets fixed by the time it gets released! (I'm not mad, just disappointed, lol) Being able to have silent mobs that the Warden doesn't attack would be super useful for map makers and data packs and stuff.
