Make the cartographer sell a ancient city map for a high price

    I like to think in Minecraft lore wise that villagers used to civilize the ancient cities and maybe a cartographer escaped and made a map for it. It should be in the middle of the trades between the ocean monument map and mansion.

    I think it should actually be the last possible trade, to make it more rare.
