Left-Handed Setting

Recently tried Minecraft VR out (Windows 10 edition) and lemme tell ya, as a lefty, it is kinda difficult using my right hand for all the important actions like mining, crouching, etc. It would be nice if there was an option to switch the controls around, or better yet, map my own controls to each button on my Quest controllers. A quick Google search showed that people have been asking for this for a few years now, yet nothing has come of it. Minecraft hates left-handed people.
