Remove Specific Blocks other than another

I would know, if there's a command that can remove Specific Blocks other than another, for example. I have a mountain with thousands of blocks, so I need to clear all blocks in that mountain except raw Iron Ore, or I build a tower from Obsidian but the environment around has a lot of block that I don't want, So I can make a commnad with command Block that remove all other blocks than Obsidian... Is there any Command with Command Block can I have on Bedrock PE?
