put Redstone tutorial in a more accessible space

in the ancient city Mojang added a secret under ground area with tons of Redstone circuitry teaching people about Redstone i think this is an amazing idea but as currently implemented no player who actually needs this tutorial is going to find it. it would be nice if there were stairs leading down to the room rather than just underground and it would also be nice to see more of these tutorials in other structures throughout the world. good candidates would be the dessert temple nether fortress and bastions
