We should get a new structure

I think there is alot of suggestions for a new structure in common biomes but I got a cool idea for one. You know Lego Minecrafts set that is the sky tower theme? What if that was a biome that can generate near mountains with a peak over Y:195. It could hold loot similar to the stronghold and there could be either a phantom spawner or make the illusioner mob now a in game mob instead of commands.
