Add official skindex/namemc support for Minecraft on consoles

The marketplace was an attempt to make more money from console players who can't download maps, mods, texture packs, and skins for free. and you can already have custom skins on PC and Mobile. It would be fair if consoles at least had some way to download skins by a built in skindex/namemc tab. Why should people be paying for skins they can get for free from a quick Google search, for 5 bucks a pop on consoles that can't?
