Our private realm consisting of only adults has just had chat censoring introduced to it and we are very frustrated. The hashtags throughout the chat "censoring" normal words and not even sending some certain messages is very disruptive to gameplay communication. Money is regularly paid for this realm and we are not happy with this interference to the language we use in the private space. As adults who just want to play and enjoy the game there is no reason we shouldn't be able to speak like adults do as part of our fun. I completely understand why there is censoring, but there should not be the same censoring for everyone in every scenario of play, let alone the censoring of words that have no logical reason to be censored and make things just outright confusing. The removal of text from signs and books is also very inconvenient and detracts from the games fun. Either individual accounts or the owner of the realm should have a toggle on/off option for text censoring. Minecraft is already so customizable with it's settings, this feels like a necessary addition.
