Curing a Vex into an Allay

I think the allay is such a cool mob, but it’s a shame how rare it is. I think it would be good if there was a way to cure a vex into an allay, like you can cure zombie villagers into villagers, as they sort of look like long lost relatives. This could be done in a similar way by splashing some sort of potion (maybe even a new potion) onto a vex, which would be difficult in itself because vexes are so tricky to work with, then feeding it something, maybe a cookie, or just the classic golden apple. Then you would wait a few minutes and your vex would turn into an allay. I don’t think this is overpowered, since it would be very difficult to get a hold of a vex without dying, and to keep it alive during the healing process as well would be a challenge too.
