Upgrade armor by Echo Shard

Using an Echo Shard with armor at a blacksmithing table will give the player the ability to pick up sound within a radius of up to 12 blocks. Perhaps the source of the sound will be highlighted for the player to make it easier for him to see it.

I use subtitles but that would make my game a lot easier. Especially when you are looking for caves underground and you cannot understand exactly where the source of the sound is, although you have already dug a whole highway ...

  You could also do something similar to netherite, but instead make it temporary.

  For example, upgrade your diamond/netherite sword with an echo shard to make it deal more/faster damage than netherite, but after a while, it reverts back to what it was before.

  I think this would be a great way to add a reason to raid multiple ancient city's. Instead of being done after the first.
