(Bedrock Parity) Cauldron Colors and Potions

On Bedrock, you can dye water in cauldrons and use it to dye leather armor. You can also place potions into cauldrons which can be used to make tipped arrows. I think the Wild Update is the perfect opportunity to add this parity feature to Java since witch huts spawn in swamps with cauldrons.
