So actually she will be true final boss of minecraft there will be new secret portal under stronghold well the portal is red and it resembles a shape of a real life emerald jumping to it will put you in another dimension which looks like nether but darker and has higher temperature and you have to defeat her after that release ancient builders that were captured evil queen or her name god of redstone and undead will drop a orb eating it will make you become a god and gives you ability like flying in survival mode or controlling weather etc its appreciated to add evil queen in 1.21
