Disc fragment change

My idea is that instead of crafting the 5 music disc like it was a block, you craft it like a golden apple, but with disc fragments and maybe a rare block in the middle. I also think that if you put an emerald in the middle, you should get cat, an eye if ender equals far. To balance this, disc fragments would have to be more rare.
