A New Gamerule For Noteblocks

So, We All Know That From The Snapshot 22w13a The Noteblocks DON'T Make Sounds Only When You Place Wool On Top. So It Would Be Useful If They Make A Gamerule To Make Noteblocks Like In The Older Versions. (The Gamerule Could Be Like doNoteblocksMute (true-false))
