The end of bots sniping names

implement hcaptcha into changing names, no matter if you're a human or not, make the session last 27 seconds to stop bot sniping for long periods. 2 challenges of hcaptcha should do the thing.
in conclusion, commands executed from CMDs and other stuff won't work, you'll have to change your name from Minecraft's website.
