While an annoying difference, all this does is make it take you a couple more minutes to set up the farm (unless you don’t have enough villagers, but it’s still not that bad). I don’t think this is that serious. How many iron farms do you need?

It's more or less just a pain, I feel like they should be a little easier. Java Iron farms are a little simpler. And it would make it a lot easier. I don't like going mining for iron. So I always have one iron farm. And it is a bit annoying to set one up in bedrock. It would be great if it would be the same as java. And the amount of people who try to set up an iron farm on bedrock, I would say 25-50% don't know how to make one or it just won't work. That's all, I would just love to see Minecraft java and bedrock farms the same.

They are amazing if you don't want to run around getting iron, and for big projects that might require a massive amount of iron, it is a life saver. It is op. But it is annoying to set up... I hate villagers they are super irritating, especially in bedrock.

And it’s not just the Iron farm. There are a lot of fun and necessary to build farms in Java edition and they do not work in bedrock. For example a wood farm. I don’t understand why a game has 2 different versions, it does not make any sense. Why Java players can make a hole in nether roof but bedrock players can’t? Why are the rates of an enderman farm in Java is significantly higher than in bedrock? The farms are built literally similarly. Don’t let me start on how many different options you have for like a gold farm or a creeper farm in java, while there is only one function farm for each of them in bedrock and the rates are incomparable.
    This is just not fair.
