The Satchel of Elements is now weaker.
So are ghost cloaks and light feathers.
It is better to adjust the balance not to weaken the strong ones, but to strengthen the weak ones.
The fun of the game is spoiled when you can't do what you were able to do.
You should aim to restore weakened items to their previous performance and improve lesser-used items.
