Allay arm swing animation when throwing items to player

At the moment, the Allay mob just drops items at the specified location, whether that would be a player or note block.

So, when it comes to drop off its collected items, there should be an arm swing animation, perhaps of both arms, to make throwing more realistic than the current way it throws items - it just pops out items from itself without its arms swinging. I think it would be really cute to have the arms swinging when the Allay throws items to you!
