Inventory cursor souldn't auto-lock to a slot

When you move the console cursor in your inventory, it "locks" to a slot, and sometimes goes backwards to reach that slot, which is annoying in situations that require fast item picking. I think that, through accesibility settings, you should be able to turn it on/off.
