Health/Accessibility: Change flashing night vision to slow fadeout

Night vision ending with a flashing animation is both an epileptic concern, along with an eye-strain/headache concern

Could this flashing animation be changed to a gradual fade-out? This would also make it safer, more immersive, and enjoyably terrifying in the right situations

    This goes double when dealing with conduits, thought this would help me underwater but now I need to disable it because it keeps flashing every cycle

    Even if not dangerous, it certainly feels really weird. This is an underrated idea.
