A weekly highlight for top 20 feedback with the most votes in the main menu

A new panel in the main menu that highlights in real time the feedback with the most votes of the week.

This could make it easier for players and developers to see which ideas have the most support from the community and could be considered or discarded faster.
This new panel is updated every Sunday or Monday and in order to enter the top, it could be more than 20 votes. Being featured will get even more votes.
To avoid keeping the top and rotating more ideas, if no developer responds after 3 consecutive weeks in the top or exceeds 200 votes, it disappears the next week 

Note: I know that the "Most Voted" function is already there but they really exceed a thousand votes and most of them are because they are more than 4 years old (and certainly nobody goes beyond page 5) so it is too much difficult for new ideas to enter that top
